Ticket Services Agreement

This Agreement (“TSA”) is between StarrTix (SL) Ltd (“StarrTix”) and you (“Client” or “Event Organizer”) for ticketing and event services. Use of StarrTix means you agree to this TSA, Terms of Use, Privacy & Refund Policies.
1. Definitions

Agreement: This TSA.

Business Days: Sierra Leone banking days.

Client: Event Organizer.

Customer: Ticket buyer/attendee.

Event: Organized activity.
-
Platform: StarrTix website/app.
-
Ticket: Admission voucher (paper/digital).

Services: Ticketing, guest management, sales tracking, etc.
2. StarrTix Services

Event listing with details.
-
Ticket sales & secure payment processing.
-
Guest management (invitations, RSVPs, QR code validation).
-
Post-event reports (sales, attendance).
-
Support for organizers & attendees.
-
Fees: 6% commission on paid tickets; $70/month for free events; 10-12% fee for corporate pre-financed events.

Optional services (photography, promo, venue management) charged separately.
3. Organizer Responsibilities

Provide accurate event info & clear refund policies.

Comply with Sierra Leone laws.

Ensure event safety and prevent ticket misuse.
4. Refunds & Cancellations

Organizers handle attendee refunds unless agreed otherwise.

Notify StarrTix immediately of cancellations/postponements.

StarrTix may deduct from payouts if refunds aren’t honored.
5. Settlements & Chargebacks
-
Revenue disbursed same day as ticket purchase.

Up to 5% reserve held for 30 days for disputes.

Organizers liable for payment chargebacks.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties keep customer data, pricing, and sales info confidential unless legally required to disclose.
7. Liability

StarrTix isn’t responsible for event success or safety.

No liability for indirect losses.

Organizers are fully responsible for compliance and attendee experience.
8. Termination
StarrTix may suspend/terminate for fraud, illegal acts, or non-compliance.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement follows Sierra Leone law. Disputes first settled amicably, then by arbitration in Freetown.
